Cesar E. Ceballos, MD is an Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in Miami, Florida. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in sports medicine and arthroscopy of all major joints. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has been in the past and is currently a member of many professional societies, team physician for many local schools, athletic clubs and professional sports teams.
He is currently a Member-Manager of the Global University School of Medicine and Public Health (Gu-Med) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. He represented the school in Haiti after the earthquake providing surgical services to countless injured people through the Albert Schweitzer Hospital.
Dr. Ceballos obtained this undergraduate degree (with high honors) form Florida International University (FIU), and his Medical Degree form the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami and his Sports Medicine Fellowship in affiliation with Stanford University, the San Franciso 49ers and the San Francisco Giants.
